BEALS, J. -- Plaintiff, Marvin F. Parks, has for some years been acting as executor of the will of his deceased mother, Pollia M. Parks, and as such executor was, during the years 1934 and 1935, cultivating a hop ranch belonging to his mothers estate. Defendant, Yakima Valley Production Credit Association, a corporation (hereinafter referred to as the company), was organized under the farm credit act of 1933, for the purpose of financing its members in their farming operations.
